Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, I require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be not be able to reschedule online unless Makenzie(LMT) approves. We do understand things come up in life that we cannot control. I just ask you please be honest and communicate.

No Shows- This will not be tolerated, if you no show an appointment, I will charge the card on file from the intake form, a service fee of $40. 

 

Late- Again you have reserved the spot, If you are running late, this will run into your appointment. Therapist is not obligated to make up the time or add time. Therapist runs on a schedule. 

 

Minors- I do see minors in the office. Suggestion and recommendation to have parent in the room for visit, Especially if its the first massage for you're child. Your child needs to feel completely comfortable.
