What is Cranial Sacral Therapy (CST)?  

It's a gentle, soft touch, hands- on method that focuses on restoring and balancing the nervous system while releasing the effects of stress, injury and trauma.

How exactly does this work?

Balancing the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. Using a soft touch, the practitioner releases restrictions in the soft tissues around the central nervous system.

What to expect? This can be done completely dressed or incorporated with a massage. The 90min session will be incorporated into massage. Too much craniosacral can be a lot on your nervous system. 

 

Age that LMT feels comfortable in the environment, Is 8 years old. I will not be working with Infants, due to the office setting and my education wasn't in the infant approach to CST.  

Education- Myofascial released based incorporated with cranial sacral. Education and training with Moving Mountains Institute. 9-month program working with Michael Mcmahon. The CST style is the Upledger.
