At Sunrise Stretch & Massage, I use a variety of techniques in one massage. Ranging from myofascial release, trigger point, Swedish, deep tissue and stretching. Tools used are graston, gua sha and cupping. Other techniques certified in are oncology, specifically lymphatic drainage.

When completing intake form, must save credit card on file starting 3/1/2023 for new client intake. $40 no show fee after 15mins of no show will be applied. Will cancel visit if Intake form is not filled out 24 hours prior to appointment.
Cancellations less than 24 hours- It happens, will not charge if you can give noticed at least of 2 hours if not more time. Cancels can't always be helped but communication is the key.
